Hello. I have just finished reading this comic thus far all in one sitting. I was introduced to your comics through chaos life and I love the ideas you bring to the table. I can only see so much through the comics but what I have seen piques my interest. Unfortunately for most people I do not check my facebook regularly… hardly ever in fact, so the best way to chat (which I sincerely wish to do) is by email. Why chaos? The name and themes relating to it pop up periodically and I’m curious.
PS.
I totally know what you mean about puns btw. I have a very punny friend who likes to call me Attila the Pun. She also entitled to the title and I tell her so.
“Chaos” was a nod to a lot of things, actually — quantum physics, the chaotic nature of the storyline and characters involved, etc. It’s also one of the first names we struck upon that covered all of the themes we wanted to represent in the comic, whether or not they were strictly chaotic, and it’s simply easy to remember. 😉 We’re happy to have gained a reader! I hope you like future pages and comics to come.
I have also just finished reading this series in one sitting. It is going to be very hard to be patient and wait for updates. Thankfully, Find Chaos is composed of just as much pure awesome as ChaosLife. I look forward to reading more, and hope to buy it in book form someday. (^_^)
Interesting that You quote 2 Corinthians 12:7 (NRSV). I like the way the King James Version renders it, “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh….” The original Greek texts have the word ‘thorn’ written as, ‘σκολοψ (skolops)’, which could be any sharp pointy thing, like a thorn, spike or splinter, but was also specifically used by the Greeks to refer to a surgical probe.
You knew that, didn’t You?
Dear A and K, You are so brilliant and smart, You scare me. And OMg the Art!
P.S.: My knowledge of the new testament is not to be construed as an indication of christianity. I am, in fact, a level 6 Atheist.
