I see it too. C.E. seems to trust him, but still…
Then again, there’s *something* “off” about pretty much every character in this comic in some way or another.
I’d agree with Valentina if he hadn’t done the “My mother just really loved birds” thing. My personal space bubble feels violated just looking at that.
*gasp* Is he going to be part bird? Did she really REALLY like birds?
I completely agree, something is way off there. He got so close that her hair is being pushed by his face and he really didn’t need to get that close to whisper it in her ear. He could just be eccentric but considering how dark this story already is he’s just setting off all the alarms. But I’m paranoid and see everyone as a potential traitor and since Arthur already suspects him it would be an interesting twist to have him be a good guy. And then maybe betray them later and he was right all along. GAH! This story is so good! I wish they came out more than once a week!
There is something off with adout every one of these characters with some position of athority. There is definitely potential for a conspiracy written in this comic. But it surly will be heart breaking when the moment of revelation arives because C. E. seems to have developed an emotional conection with Arthur. This is the guy who could bring it all to the surface.
Raven is really creeping me out. Something is…off about him. Really.
I actually feel the opposite, I really like him.. but it could be because I like creepy things…

lol
I agree: getting that close was really not necessary (unless he WANTED her to see the scar for some reason…).

Hot.
Somehow the second panel shows such powerful aggression to me too! The fact that you now make larger strips makes wonder.
“They´d rather play with you than hurt you” I love how you never know with these potential villains…
Call You Mr. Richardson? Can I just call You a cab? I do not like this person (if that’s what it is).

I’m still trying to figure out if panel 7 is Raven’s flashback or Mary’s vision. Both, maybe?
that second panel ravens face. wow. he just is so good looking there.
Is c.e. transgender I recall Arthur’s lover (Riley? Remmi?) Say ind him/her/it and thus suggesting c.e wasn’t always female.
